Christopher Leeman Contractor was first established in 1992, in New Harbor, Maine. Chris was inspired to launch our small family business, after he was approached by several prospective clients who were referred to his dedicated eye for detail. From the beginning, Chris has always made it known to our clients that there is never a job too big or small.

Specializing in new construction, residential construction, passive solar construction, home remodeling and maintenance, our business has been said to be the “concierge of contracting.” From helping our clients create their custom dream house to acting as their ongoing estate care, we have been with our clients every step of the way; one time and on budget. Working inside of a tight-knit community, our team has always set out to put the unique needs of our amazing clients first.

Now, 22 years later, we pride ourselves in remaining loyal to our goals by working with some of the most talented and trustworthy professionals in the business. Our team has an unfailing support system comprised of employees and subcontractors who specialize in various trade fields.

That instantly told me he is responsive, and has been our carpenter/contractor ever since.
